A drag and drop and fully scalable interface make its way into meta<browser/> 2.0. You have easy access to all your metadata all within the main application window. The application buttons appear on a ribbon for easy access and the images automatically scale to fit the size of the re-sized window while still maintaining their aspect ratio.
Moving towards controlled plugin architecture allows meta<browser/> to fetch metadata from multiple sources.
Configure each fetchers options and fetch settings, enable or disable the fields you want the fetcher to populate. You can further customize fetching metadata by selecting specific fetchers you want to use for each metadata field. Get descriptions from Netflix, cast from IMDb, MPAA from IMDb…each field is customizable.
The image preview window allows you to easily preview each image before downloading, allowing you to select only the images that you want. The image sources are available as plugins, allowing you to preview images from multiple sources all from within the image preview window. Download one or multiple images with just a few clicks.
Download HD trailers for movies in your collection and HD trailers for upcoming movies all from the same interface. All available trailers for movies in your collection can be downloaded with one click. For upcoming movies, a scheduler can be setup to automatically download new trailers along with metadata and also delete older trailers, allowing you to keeping your upcoming movie trailers up to date.
