Yes, broken for me.

Not clear if it's the Metabrowser or TVDB API end though TVDB API is working from within JRiver so my guess is Metabrowser end.

Issues for me too.

The Episode List panel for some shows is totally empty.

And I've been seeing this in the logs:

Problem seems to have cleared implying it was some sort of outage at TVDB end.

RE: TVDB plugin working? - Added by AdrianW 2 months ago

Still broken for me.

Lots of my existing shows with "No Episodes" displaying in the Episode List panel, which prevents metabrowser from downloading new episode data.

Yes, I think I may have spoken too soon. It seems to work on some lookups but not on others. I'm trying to find a pattern.

RE: TVDB plugin working? - Added by AdrianW 2 months ago

This thread: https://forums.thetvdb.com/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=37586 is saying that Cloudflare has been having issues since May 21st which has been causing issues for many API users of TVDB.

But, it's also talking about the "old API". It seems there is a new version 2 API - so hopefully Fatal will get around to switching to the new TVDB API before the old one breaks entirely.

RE: TVDB plugin working? - Added by AdrianW 2 months ago

A couple of hours ago it still wasn't working - but just now it work successfully and sorted a bunch of new episodes for me.

RE: TVDB plugin working? - Added by snl1 about 1 month ago

still not working for me, its trying to fetch the data e.g. "The Simpsons" -> no results... cant sort most new episodes since at least 5 days

RE: TVDB plugin working? - Added by fatal about 1 month ago

Hey,

I think it was on the TVDb side as series/episodes I've tried have all worked.

As for API v2, I see that now and will update the plugin (using v1)...v1 will work till Oct 2017 based on their wiki (http://thetvdb.com/wiki/index.php?title=Programmers_API).

Take Care
