Hey,

What do you mean you can't fetch? What happens when you click the "Fetch" button for a movie or series? Does anything show up in logs?

I need more information please.

What fetchers do you have installed? Have you checked your settings? At what level are you trying to fetch, like movie or episode? If episode, make sure the series level has metadata.

Enable logging in Settings->General, there's a button there also to open the logs folder.

I have IMDB, TVDB, TV.com, IMDB, TMDB, Netflix, MyMovies. The settings look identical as I copied my program data before un-installing/re-installing.

When I search for a movie is when this happens. I just checked a TV show at the top level to search for a series, same symptoms. Nothing pops up when clicking fetch.

Well this is interesting, I randomly installed the global plugins, youtube trailers and play trailer. Now the search windows pops up when hitting refresh and everything works ok JUST for tv shows. And with movies it will sometimes pop up...

The global plugins have nothing to do with this.

You know that the movie confirm popup does not appear for movies which already have been fetched an already have IDs correct? When you click fetch, is anything being fetched? Does anything in the information panel turn "Pink/Red" to signify a change?

Also, make sure in the Options dropdown (next to cancel) that "Fetch ID only" is not checked, or it will only fetch the IDs and no metadata.

I see what you mean now with the pink/red. That wasn't the case before I installed the youtube trailer and playtrailer plugin.

So it seems things are working now.

One last thing, crew photos. I am having trouble with this, I have the jon@thehtpc.net installed. Is there something else I am missing?

What exactly is the trouble you are having with crew photos? Please note that metabrowser does not show crew images like it shows images for cast.

Hey Fatal,

Basically I don't see actor images within metabrowser, and within mediabrowser. I have tried hitting download actor images and it appears to fetch but I don't see anything.

I just want to make sure that I have everything setup correctly within metabrowser to download actor images.

Hey,

Go to Settings->Movies->Locals and click on the cog icon next to MediaBrowser local plugin.

In the options screen make sure to set the correct location for the ImagesByName/People folder you have setup for MediaBrowser.

I had both metabrowser and mediabrowser point to just ImagesByName, fixing it to ImagesByName/People fixed this.
