can`t fetch my episodes

Hello - i have a little problem fetching episode informations.

I used meta browser long time ago (version 0.9 beta i think) and used it to get movie / Tv-shows informations for media browser.
now i wanne use XBMC and tried out meta browser version 2.x - i`m wondering i can`t get any info`s anymore.

I have the following file structure :

TV-Shows\TV-Shows Name\Season01\Tv-Show-s01e01.avi
TV-Shows\TV-Shows Name\Season01\Tv-Show-s01e02.avi
TV-Shows\TV-Shows Name\Season02\Tv-Show-s02e01.avi and so on....

to fetch the infos i use tvdb

The TV-show shows up under Media collection (TV) like this :

TV-Shows Name
season 1
Tv-Shows-s01e01
Tv-Shows-s01e02
....

When i go to The TV-Show Name and click on fetch it, the tv search tool shows up, show was found, and i can download all infos, backdrops, logos. etc.
I saved the TV Show Infos and want now get the episodes informations.
But when i try to fetch the Episode Tv-Shows-s01e01, nothing happend and the informations of TV-Show Name are empty.
On the folder season 1 i cant use fetch.

that`s how i used it until now with the old beta version - and it worked.

Any ideas ? what made i wrong ? please help....

Hey justus,

Your file/folder structure is correct, each episode needs to be under a valid season folder.

Please make sure that your savers are enabled (have a check next to them) in Settings->Movies->Savers and Settings->TV->Savers.

The Series level must have metadata for you to be able to fetch season/episode level metadata, so after you fetch metadata for the series level make sure you hit Save (and have your savers enabled in settings as noted above)

Plugins:
For MediaBrowser, make sure you have the MediaBrowser and folder.jpg plugins installed and enabled.
For XBMC, make sure you have the XBMC plugin installed and enabled.

Each of those plugins has configurable options if you click on the cog icon next to it's name in Settings.

The savers are enabled XBMC in TV-Shows and Movie too.. but it doesn`t work...

Hey,

Can you turn on logging in Settings->General and try to fetch and save the Series level metadata and see if anything shows up in logs?

YEAH - It`s working

Installed meta browser again and everything is fine.
strange thing....
